
Remote Hands
For on-site physical IT management & maintenance tasks. We travel to your location, check-in, perform tasks either independently or in coordination with your team, clean up, and check-out. This service is ideal for tasks that require knowledgeable eyes, ears, and hands to be physically present whenever your team should be somewhere else. If your clients or team members on-site come to us with other issues, we’ll let you know and coordinate a response together.
- OS upgrade requires flashing the BIOS and ensuring reconnection after reboot.
- Racked router needs to be swapped, a network cable needs to be tested, and if necessary, remediated.
- Team member needs new workstation setup and a specialty program transferred.
You can count on us and our decades of experience in IT to independently troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues either independently or in close coordination with your team to extend their management through our presence.
Pricing
$139/
on-site (minimum charge, 3 hours travel+working, $40/hr additional)
Our standard rate is available for visits during normal business hours scheduled 48 hours in advance. Visits outside of normal business hours may be scheduled at a rate 1-2x (most evening or weekend daytime rates covered at 1.5x). Emergency rate will apply up to an additional 2x at our discretion. We offer reduced pricing for routinely/repeat scheduled visits, and warranty visits at our discretion.

Service Desk Staffing
You need someone to staff your service desk, but only for a few days, weeks, or months. You need someone that can do more than open tickets and ask your user to reboot (or maybe that’s exactly what you need). We can help you skip the hiring process and put someone with experience in-seat before the week is out.

day (typical 100% assignment, 8 hours in 9 hour period during regular business hours)
For schedules that are two days or less, travel time may be charged at $40/hr or deducted from working hours. Reduced rates are available for partial day schedules or hybrid work, where our technician is free to engage with other work as determined by a service level agreement. Additional charges may apply depending on required equipment or expertise.

Absolutely. Our team-first approach puts the focus on people. AI is a tool used by the people on our team to rapidly prototype, research, and test our solutions. If you would like to use more AI in your processes, please schedule a free consultation with us. Most of our solutions do not implement third-party AI, as many automations are more efficient without heavy AI computation.
Do you build websites and setup social media?
Yes, we can build essential websites and manage the social media needs of most small businesses. If you have internet-heavy needs for your organization that goes beyond our service offerings, we can certainly assist with or fully manage your relationship with a specialty provider – or just help properly orient you to make a meaningful connection.
Am I stuck with you for whatever solution you provide?
We don’t believe in leaving you stuck with anything. Our team-first approach identifies and addresses any individual dependencies. We will setup your business relationship with vendors to allow us to remain involved but to let you take that business elsewhere. If we are providing the service directly, we’ll do our best to make this as portable and self-managed as possible.
Can you provide long-term service agreements?
We offer term-based, service level agreements for organizations that need a routine or steady levels of service. Please do reach out to discuss your needs or with a request for proposal. Even if you require a service level we’re unable to provide, we know some folks, and might be able to help you make a meaningful connection.
